How to Submit Abstract

Abstract Submission Guideline

  • ① All abstracts must be submitted via the Heart Failure Seoul 2022 congress website only.
  • ② All abstracts must be submitted in English only.
  • ③ Abstracts shall NOT be longer than 350 words.
  • ④ An optional figure and table may be included in your submission.
      (The permitted formats for figures and tables are pdf, png, jpg, docx, doc)
  • ⑤ When you submit your abstract online, your abstract will be automatically edited according to Heart Failure Seoul 2022
      submission formats.
  • ⑥ The submission form is intended for the review of the abstract.
  • ⑦ It is the authors’ responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters are responsible for
      all typing errors in the abstract.
  • ⑧ It will be possible to check and modify your abstract until the deadline July 20 (Wed), 2022 (23:59 KST) on
      My Page.
  • ⑨ The accepted e-Posters are reviewed again, high quality abstracts will be assigned as a mini oral presentation.
      The Presenting Authors will have the opportunity to present their e-Poster for 5 minutes. The detailed information
      will be uploaded on the Heart Failure Seoul 2022 website.
  • ⑩ Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after you submit an abstract.
  • ⑪ Presenting authors whose abstracts has been accepted need to register with full payment for the congress.
       If you cannot complete your registration with full payment, your abstract shall NOT be included in the abstract book.
  • ⑫ The type of your abstract (oral or e-poster) may be changed after the review of the Scientific Committee and
      both the presenting author and corresponding author will be notified of the change in presentation type no
      later than August 1(Mon), 2022.
  • ⑬ For Overseas Oral Presenter: If you can’t travel to Korea, the presentation will be able to replaced by submitting
       pre-recorded video clip (MP4) following our recommendations.
  • ⑭ If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please request to have it withdrawn by sending an email to the
      Heart Failure Seoul 2022 secretariat as soon as possible.

Awards

Notice

  • · Accepted abstract presenters will be refunded the registration fee after the congress.
  • · If a presenter does not present the abstract and complete pre-registration, the Award will be canceled.
  • · Duplicate awards are NOT allowed.
  • · But foreign presenter (including foreign participants affiliated with universities or hospitals in Korea)
      can both receive awards and travel grants.

  • * You can apply for Young Investigator Award when you submit your abstract.
      (Young Investigator Award Session: Sep 16 (Fri) 13:30-15:00)
  • * Applicants must be under the age of 40 by the date of the presentation.
  • * The most outstanding abstracts will be selected.
  • * Please send your CV displaying your date of birth to the secretariat when you apply for the
      Young Investigator Award by July 15, 2022.

※ The accepted e-Posters are reviewed again, high quality abstracts will be assigned as a
    mini oral presentation.
    The Presenting Authors will have the opportunity to present their e-Poster for 5 minutes.

Travel Grants

Eligibility Travel Grants
  • - Abstract presenters must be non-Korean.
  • - All presenters must be pre-registered participants with full payment.
  • - All presenters should attend the on-site Heart Failure Seoul 2022 congress.
    		•  Foreigner USD 600
    Foreign Residents in Korea USD 200
    • · You can receive the Travel Grants on-site at the preview room during the Heart Failure Seoul 2022.
    • · The Travel Grant is given only once to the presenting author regardless of the number of accepted abstracts or co-authors.
    • · But foreign presenter (including foreign participants affiliated with universities or hospitals in Korea) can both receive awards and
        travel grants.
